Everyone must have the items in the left column, but you might want to add some of the items from the right column. For example if you are going into an area with snakes, you might want to add the snakebite kit. Be sure to include any special medicine you require. If you have special medical needs be sure to wear this information on your person, so if someone finds you they will be aware of your special needs.
